Delivery
FREE standard 2-3 day delivery is available on all items to UK Mainland*. Express 1 working day delivery is charged at £2.95.
We ship to any UK mainland address provided the order is placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday or 2pm on Friday. If you do not meet this time on any given day, your goods will be sent the following working day.
Orders placed before 3pm Monday to Thursday will be delivered the next working day. Orders placed on a Friday before 2pm will arrive on Monday.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a welcome email, confirmation email, tracking email on the day before it’s due to be delivered when the item(s) have been dispatched from our warehouse.
We ship to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands within 1-5 working days and may be subject to a small delivery fee.
For delivery destinations outside of the UK, please contact a member of our customer service team for assistance. You can contact us via telephone on 01977 337275, or by email. Please note that Lumily will not be responsible for any import duties incurred on international orders.
Any orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day. Lumily shall not be liable to the Customer or be deemed to be in breach of contract by reason failure to perform any of the Company's obligations. In relation to the Goods, if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond the Company's reasonable control.
This service is subject to a nominal fee and can be applied by calling the sales team on 01977 337275. Orders placed over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday will be processed the next working day.
Failed deliveries will be attempted again the next working day. After the third attempt, the product will be stored for collection at your local Post Office or returned to back to us.
WHAT WE OFFER
We offer FREE delivery for all orders to any location within the UK. We also offer next working day delivery at a £3.95 charge.
BULK DELIVERY
For orders that contain a larger quantity of items we offer a pallet service that will ensure the safety of your goods. A custom delivery quote is required. Please call us to place your order 01977 337275 or email us.
MISSED DELIVERIES
If you are not going to be in when the delivery takes place our courier will try and leave a card advising you that:
- The item has been returned to the local deport where you need to call to arrange a re-delivery
- The item has been taken to the local depot for collection
- The item has been signed for by a neighbour
Lumily accept no liability for instances of missing items when signed for by neighbours, please ensure you only select a date for delivery if you know you will be in to avoid any inconvenience or select from one of our premium delivery services to ensure the items arrives at a time that is suitable for you.
